Our Number 15, “UMAC,” is a nod to US soldiers during the Vietnam War, and more specifically to those serving in the MACV-SOG unit (Military Assistance Command Vietnam, Studies and Observations Group).
Crafted from VG-10 steel for its edge retention and corrosion resistance, the blade benefits from an optimized heat treatment that makes field sharpening easier.
We preserved the iconic silhouette of the Bowie-style tip paired with the curved spine—two characteristic features inherited from the historic MACV-SOG knife. The proportions, however, have been adjusted to meet the needs of modern operators and urban environments.
The blade uses a saber grind for versatility. The Bowie tip, equipped with a false edge, delivers strong penetrating capability. The Dark Stone-wash finish adds discretion and character while masking wear marks.
The handle scales are made from G10, a synthetic material known for exceptional strength, rot resistance, and outstanding temperature stability. Lightly textured for improved grip, they’re secured with our hollow BTR/Torx tubular screws, which allow the passage of cord or shock cord for enhanced retention.
The compact design of the knife, combined with an optimized handle ergonomics, forms an effective guard that ensures a secure hold even under stress, with wet hands, or while wearing gloves. The rear end features a protrusion designed for hammer or ice-pick grips during the draw. The skeletonized pommel allows for absorbing and delivering impacts (batoning, striking, glass-breaking).
The Kydex sheath is lightweight, compact, rot-proof, and stable under temperature changes. It offers multiple carry options and quick, intuitive deployment.
The carefully selected characteristics of the UMAC make it perfectly suited for both civilians and professionals, whether carried openly on a plate carrier or discreetly in the appendix position using the belt clip of your choice.

Das einzige Messer, dass den Bruchtest von JoeX quasi unbeschadet überstanden hat. Mehr muss man dazu eigentlich nicht mehr sagen. Wenn Ihr ein Messer sucht, auf das Ihr Euch nach der Apokalypse verlassen müsst, dann ist es genau dieses, es wird Euch nicht enttäuschen! Der Griff ermöglicht es, das Messer auf mehrere Weisen zu halten und zu führen. Der verwendete Stahl ist zäh aber auch schnitthaltig und lässt sich zudem gut nachschärfen. Das Anreißen eines Feuerstahls gelingt mit dem Klingenrücken brutal gut. Umfangreiches Zubehör und eine extrem gut sitzende Scheide wird auch mitgeliefert. Und freut Euch auf eine handgeschriebene Grußkarte der Shopbetreiber, einfach coole Jungs!

wie immer einfach nur TOP was den Service angeht. Nicht meine erste und auch nicht meine letzte Bestellung. Weiter so !!!!
I have carried this knife for a couple of days while camping in the great outdoors. The knife is a bit strange, but it is very practical.
The negatives are that it is very heavy for it's size and the fuller gets really dirty and is hard to clean. The sheat, while good, is big and bulky. The positives are that it is good at woodwork, prepping foot and every cutting task you need a knife for. This Is rare, because most knives excel in one kind of cutting and fall short in other cutting tasks. This knife does everything well. The handel is also extremely comfortable.
The fit and finish is good, especially for the price. The heat treat on the AEB-L is suberb. It is by far the best AEB-L I ever used.
To conclude, I can say that the Ninjuko is sertenly a capable knife, but a little bit to heavy and bulky for it's intended use.

Top semi- custom Messer, easy zu tragen und gute Ergo. .
Scharf, aber durch den Winkel, den der Hersteller serienmäßig drauf packt, nicht das schneidfreudigste Anti- Papier- Messer, was ja aber auch nicht sein Zweck ist. Durch nachschleifen natürlich einfach zu ändern.
Macht lust auf mehr ... Neptune steht als nächstes auf der Liste. :D
