Es ist schwer, eine objektive Bewertung dieses Messers vorzunehmen. Einfach gesagt: Das Messer, das eigentlich keiner braucht, aber jeder haben will. Es ist riesig, liegt trotzdem leicht in der Hand. Ab Werk höllisch scharf und leicht zu handeln.
Es is mein erstes Messer des Herstellers, aber mit Sicherheit nicht mein letztes!

Wow. Zunächst einmal wieder der perfekte und freundliche Service der beiden Prachtburschen, die den Laden hier schmeißen. Ein großes DANKE an euch. Ihr seid die Besten.
Nun zum Messer. Lange lange überlegt. Aber im Design gibt es einfach nichts, das da ran kommt. Es ist perfekt. So richtig sexy. Es gleitet absolut weich auf und "klackt ein". Der Deep-Carry-Clip lässt es vollständig verschwinden und es ist von der Form her nicht dicker als ein Stift.
Macht wirklich Spaß, damit zu spielen. Und die Klinge war mir lieber als eine beschichtete aus den Alu-Griff-Varianten. Das gefräste Titan lässt einem das Blut aus dem Kopf in andere Körperregionen fließen.
Ich bereue den Kauf keine Sekunde.

Ich habe bereits einiges von Fällkniven, das Idun in Damast ist wirklich ein Kracher! Die ersten Eindrücke sind Fällkniven typisch: hohes Verarbeitungniveau und Qualität. Das Ganze rasiermesserscharf abgezogen. Keine Riefen, Kanten oder sonst was. Der Damast Stahl ist optisch eine Wucht!

Aber man muß natürlich auch anmerken, das der Hersteller sich dieses Messer sehr gut bezahlen läßt!

Ich bin noch gespannt wie man damit arbeiten kann, aber vorzugsweise ist das wohl ein Messer für die Sammlung...!

I wanted this model because of the cool design and the fact that it consistently came up as a great knife. I spent a month or two researching the kind of knife I was looking for, i.e. an apocalypse blade! Something that would do everything I need and survive with minimal maintenance, without me worrying about corrosion as much. I used AI to help narrow it down and got some reputable, time-tested favourites, but real-world reviews led me to add Work Tuff to the list. Once I did, this knife beat them all!

It's primarily a tactical knife, something nearly every knife should be decent at, but it is almost as good for survival. Its feathering, carving and chopping abilities are good. I've tried chopping some tough wood with it and was more than happy with the performance. It's not heavy, so more speed is required using a two-finger hold. Once I adjusted for that, it tore through the timber.

I particularly like the Gator camo on the scales. It really complements the knife and gives it an adventurous explorer feel. The rippling grinds on the blade spine are great, too. Another nice characteristic that adds to the charm.

The service by Knife Addict was great. I had a few requests when I ordered this knife, and the owners accommodated them. The Little Evil Fighter knife I initially ordered wasn't in stock, but I'm honestly glad and prefer the aesthetics of this one. They let me know immediately and asked me what I wanted. I opted to swap models, and Knife Addicts dispatched it almost straight away. The knife reached me without a hitch, for which I'm very grateful.
